Whisper Win is a space for sharing anonymous confessions, experiences, and connecting with others in a supportive environment. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, respectful community where everyone can share authentically.
Remember: This is an entertainment platform for peer support, not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice.
1. Our Community Values

- Use the app if you're under 18
3. Content Standards
3.1 What You Can Share

- Relationship challenges and advice requests
- Career and educational struggles
- Mental health experiences (with appropriate warnings)
- Family dynamics and personal growth
- Supportive responses and encouragement
- Questions seeking peer perspectives
3.2 Content Guidelines
- Be Authentic: Share genuine experiences rather than fictional stories
- Use Trigger Warnings: Add warnings for potentially triggering content (abuse, trauma, mental health crises)
- Keep It Anonymous: Don't include names, locations, or identifying details
- Stay Relevant: Keep confessions and responses focused on personal experiences
- Be Constructive: Offer helpful perspectives rather than just criticism
4. Prohibited Content
π« ZERO TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS
The following content will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Content harmful to children in any form
- Threats of violence against individuals or groups
- Non-consensual intimate content or revenge material
4.1 Harmful Content (Removal + Warnings/Suspension)
β Examples of Prohibited Content:
- Self-Harm Promotion: Instructions on self-injury, suicide methods, pro-eating disorder content
- Harassment: Targeted bullying, doxxing, persistent unwanted contact
- Hate Speech: Content attacking people based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, etc.
- Illegal Activities: Drug dealing, fraud, violence, or other criminal behavior
- Spam/Scams: Promotional content, get-rich-quick schemes, phishing attempts
- Graphic Content: Extreme violence, gore, disturbing imagery
- Misinformation: False medical advice, conspiracy theories, dangerous misinformation
4.2 Inappropriate Content (Removal + Education)
- Overly graphic sexual content (we allow discussion of relationships/sexuality but not explicit details)
- Commercial promotion or advertising
- Off-topic content unrelated to personal experiences
- Attempts to identify anonymous users
- Unsolicited advice on medical or legal matters
5. Safety First
5.1 Crisis Situations
β οΈ If You're in Crisis: If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please:
- Call Emergency Services: 911 (US), 112 (EU), or your local emergency number
- Contact Crisis Lines: National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 988 (US)
- Reach Out: Tell a trusted friend, family member, or professional
5.2 When We Take Action
We may intervene when posts suggest:
- Immediate risk of self-harm or suicide
- Plans to harm others
- Ongoing abuse or dangerous situations
- Child safety concerns
Our Response: We may reach out with resources, restrict account access for safety, or contact appropriate authorities when legally required.
5.3 Protecting Your Privacy
- Don't share: Full names, addresses, phone numbers, social media handles
- Be cautious with: Workplace details, school names, specific locations
- Remember: Other users may try to piece together identifying information
- Report: Anyone trying to uncover your identity or asking for personal details
6. Respectful Interaction
6.1 Responding to Confessions

- "Have you considered talking to a counselor?"
- "Thank you for sharing. That takes courage."
- "I hope things get better for you."
β Harmful Responses
- "Just get over it" or dismissive comments
- "You deserve what happened to you"
- "This is fake" or calling stories lies
- Unsolicited medical/legal advice
- Attempting to identify the person
6.2 Disagreeing Respectfully
It's okay to have different perspectives, but always:
- Focus on the situation, not the person
- Use "I" statements: "I see it differently because..."
- Acknowledge the person's feelings even if you disagree with their actions
- Avoid absolute statements like "You're wrong" or "That's stupid"
7. Reporting & Support
7.1 How to Report

- Tap the "..." menu on any post or comment
- Select "Report"
- Choose the violation type
- Add additional context if helpful
- Submit your report
Response Time: Urgent safety issues within 1 hour, other reports within 24 hours.
7.2 What to Report
- Immediate Danger: Suicide plans, violence threats, child abuse
- Harassment: Bullying, doxxing, persistent unwanted contact
- Harmful Content: Self-harm promotion, illegal activities, hate speech
- Inappropriate Content: Spam, off-topic posts, privacy violations
- Technical Issues: Bugs, glitches, or security concerns
7.3 Emergency Contact
For immediate safety concerns that require urgent attention:

We believe in education over punishment, but some violations require firm action:

8.1 Appeals Process
If you believe your content was removed or account suspended in error:
- Email studios.caesium@gmail.com with subject "Content Appeal"
- Include your username and details of the disputed action
- Explain why you believe the action was incorrect
- We'll review and respond within 3-5 business days
