• Non-consensual intimate images of minors
• Computer-generated, drawn, or animated CSAM
• Text-based content describing or promoting child sexual abuse

4. Age Verification & Restrictions

• Minimum Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to access Whisper Win

• Suspected underage users will have their accounts immediately suspended pending verification
• We reserve the right to request additional age verification documentation
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently terminated
